Refund & Cancellation Policy – Whitefields

At Whitefields, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Non-Refundable Cancellations:

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to the following reasons:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
  • Orders placed with an incorrect delivery address that have already been shipped.

Refund on Cancellations:

  • Customers can receive a full refund if they cancel their order at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds & Returns:

  • Perishable items (such as flowers) are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
  • Non-perishable, unused, and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for a 100% refund, which will be credited to the customer’s Whitefields account for future purchases.
  • Non-perishable items include Whitefields hand-poured soy candles and 100% dried flower arrangements.
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable on returned products.

Processing Time for Refunds:

  • Any eligible refund will be credited to the customer's Whitefields account within 7 days from the date of cancellation or return, whichever is later.
  • The final decision regarding the condition of returned goods rests with Whitefields.

Jurisdiction:

  • Any disputes related to refunds and cancellations shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
